ORA-00001: unique constraint (APEX_200100.WWV_FLOW_PAGE_PLUG_IDX2) violated
While trying to refresh the universal theme after the apex upgrade from 5.1.4 to 20.1, faced the below error. Sharing it here for everyone.
Don’t worry, there is a simple way to resolve this error!
Check if there are any custom templates built on universal theme and unsubscribe them.
Use the “Restore Theme Subscription” task (see Shared Components > Themes) to restore the theme subscription.
Ensure that “Match Template” = “By template identifier” is selected.
